DIY Happy Hour

This bar-meets-shop-class concept invites guests to enjoy craft cocktails, beer and wine while working on leather and woodworking, jewelry making, DIY art and design projects. RoehrSchmitt partnered with Upstairs Circus’ Denver-based designer to create a unique hospitality space in The Washington, our newly renovated creative office building in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood. The space takes advantage of the great bones of this first floor corner space, with full height windows on both Washington Avenue and 2nd Street North. The space includes a commercial kitchen and a distinctive bar and provides a great room for drinks, snacks and crafts.
