Back to the Future

For years, Pentagon Park in Edina was synonymous with blight and failure. RoehrSchmitt helped transform these simple precast buildings by providing a concept of full height glazing and revitalized finishes. A diversity of office spaces and a strong exterior identity broke the structures monotony with color and distinctive signage. We worked with Hillcrest Development to design a showroom space that showed off the possibilities inherent in these lovely buildings.

Tinker Toy Bones

The showroom demonstrates the redevelopment possibilities of Pentagon Park to prospective tenants. We've highlighted a variety of design options and finishes, and presented dramatic daylighting strategies in the full height spaces that take advantage of the building's tinker toy bones. The experience allows future tenants the context to fully evaluate the potential of Pentagon Park for their business requirements today and into the future.
