We radically transformed a beloved 1926 bungalow to better suit the needs of a modern family of four. This is a house thoughtfully designed for the way we live now.
We flipped the script and placed the main living spaces upstairs where the family spends it's waking hours. Now the living and dining rooms are light-filled, airy and take better advantage of neighborhood views. The master bedroom suite is tucked into the original living and dining rooms on the ground floor, separated by a bathroom from the two original bedrooms. All have a much more intimate and cozy feel. This is now a right side up house!
